This course is designed to refresh candidates’ knowledge and understanding of current legislation, enabling them to continue to effectively manage health and safety on site. It will reinforce their understanding of their key responsibilities and accountability for site health, safety and welfare, to enable them to provide healthy and safe working conditions for everyone on site.
Site managers who are responsible for planning, organising, monitoring and managing groups of staff within the workforce and who hold a current Site Management Safety Training Scheme certificate.
The course is a mix of tutor led lecture and discussion sessions, PowerPoint presentations, safety videos, group work, case studies and practical exercises.
On successful completion of this course, candidates will continue to be able to manage health and safety on site in accordance with current legal provisions.
