The professionalism and customer service of ITS are absolutely first class. They are always available to discuss our requirements and are very accommodating. Trainers are always accessible and willing to meet with our organisation to discuss our requirements, including personal visits to design and set up training courses. Regarding the quality of training, I always receive good feedback from the staff, who clearly enjoy the training. Staff are always impressed with the detail and presentation and feel that the trainers are easy to understand, very informative and good at getting the health and safety message across. ITS are certainly very good value for money, incorporate everything we need into their training packages and are very flexible. Overall, ITS are first class. We have had absolutely no problems.
