We pride ourselves on delivering a totally customer-focused service that is personalised and specifically tailored to each individual client. We can customise and tailor training courses to suit your specific needs, requirements and company policies / procedures. We understand that organisations often require tailored training programmes and by working closely with you, we can create bespoke training. This gives you the ability to shape the learning in line with your organisational goals.
We provide clients with a dedicated contact for all enquiries, correspondence and bookings etc, in order to provide continuity. We will work closely with you on an ongoing basis to ensure we continue meet your requirements and expectations going forward.
Depending on your preference, we can either deliver training on-site at your premises or at our fully equipped Training Centre in Central Scotland. Our main training room accommodates 12 candidates and we also have additional training rooms to accommodate smaller class sizes. In addition, we have a large yard suitable for all types of Forklift and Plant Training and our own purpose-build Confined Space facility, which enables us to provide a fully interactive Safe Entry Into Confined Spaces Course, where candidates participate in practical exercises in order to gain hands-on experience.
We are able to offer the service of a refresher reminder system. Using the data stored on our database, we can advise in advance when candidates are due for renewal/refresher, before the expiry of their current certificates. This may help to lessen the burden in time, workload and cost to you of having to administer a system that ensures delegates are recalled at the appropriate time. It will also give adequate notice to enable planning & budgeting ahead.
