• Fire precautions and need for good housekeeping
• Basic principles of fire risk assessment

• What to do in an emergency
• Principles of fire drills
• Location and types of fire extinguishers
• Maintenance and testing of equipment

The course is comprised of classroom-based theory training / exercises.

Course Objectives -

On successful completion of this course, candidates will be able to assist in overall workplace fire safety by having greater knowledge and understanding of the causes of workplace fires and fire prevention.
