Those who work or intend to work in a forestry, agricultural or remote environment, such as tree surgeons and farmers, who may deal with special hazards in an emergency situation.
The aim of this qualification is to provide Learner’s with the ability to deal with specific first aid hazards in an emergency situation.
Designed to accompany a regulated First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work qualification, this nationally recognised qualification has been specifically developed to meet the recommendations of the Forestry Commission First Aid at Work Policy.

The course is a mixture of theory and practical training / exercises.
Successful learners will be equipped with the knowledge and practical skills needed to treat a range of injuries and diseases that could occur in forestry/agricultural environments, such as Lyme disease and catastrophic bleeding.
Venue - Either on-site at clients’ own premises or at ITS Training Centre
